Summary
A collection of meditations, somatic therapy exercises, and more to help you customize your own practice and reduce anxiety.
When you’re in the midst of an overwhelming feeling, it can be hard to find a way out of it. Even if the feeling isn’t particularly overwhelming-such as minor anxiety, unwelcome rumination, or an inability to slow your thoughts or get to sleep-sometimes you need a tool kit to help you get out of your head and back into your body.
