V. Vinicchayakul
Khunying Vinita Diteeyont
National Artist of 2004, Khunying Vinita Diteeyont is an author, academic, critic, and translator. She writes under the pen names V. Vinicchayakul and Kaewkao.
In addition to numerous awards for her writing, she served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Arts, Silpakorn University for 25 years and also lectured part-time in translation. Khunying Vinita also writes song lyrics and actively participates in activities promoting Thai arts and culture.
