Critics Review
“Each bowyer has a story, and the authors of this book – a father and a daughter – boldly set out to collect and preserve many of them. Through intimate photographs of the sempiternal craft and the artisans behind it, paired with captivating narrative, they have created an incomparable portrait of the enduring legacy of primitive bowcraft.” – Paul Comstock, author of The Bent Stick: Making and Using Wooden Hunting Bows and co-author of The Traditional Bowyer’s Bible, Volumes 1-4.
