Toby Forward trained as a priest, but worked full time as a writer for many years. He lives in Liverpool and is now working for the 2008 European Capital of Culture Year. He is married with two daughters. uth Brown is established as a highly successful illustrator and author. She lives in West London with her illustrator husband, Ken Brown, and they have two grown up sons.
