Timothy R. Ashley

Timothy R. Ashley (1947-2025) was a pastor, professor, and scholar who encouraged constructive dialogue between churches and seminaries. He shaped his career around his conviction that both institutions needed each other. He taught for twenty years at Acadia Divinity College in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, and later served as pastor of First Baptist Church in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
