Daughters of Oshun

In Cuban santeria, OSHUN is known as la Virgen de la Caridad del Cobre, (Our Lady of Charity). She is a river orisha, or goddess, in the Yoruba religion. Considered one of the most powerful of all orishas! To officially be known as a daughter of Oshun you have to undergo some intense rituals.
