Rosalind H. Searle is Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, UK, and a chartered occupational psychologist.Ann-Marie I. Nienaber is Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at the Centre for Trust, Peace and Social Relations (CTPSR) at Coventry University and the Head of the Research Group: Trust and Workplace Relations. She is also affiliated to the Centre of Management, University of Munster, Germany.Sim B. Sitkin is Michael W.
