About The Author
The 360 Mama
Emma and Hannah, known as The 360 Mama, are postpartum experts dedicated to enhancing the well-being of mothers after pregnancy and childbirth.
Emma is a Chartered Physiotherapist with 14 years of experience, holding a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and an MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine. She is also a qualified Pilates Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute, specializing in Pre and Postnatal Pilates training. She is a member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy professional group.
Hannah qualified with a BTEC level 5 in sports and remedial massage in 2013. With a passion for women’s health, she pursued further training in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage, Abdominal Scar Massage, scar work, and Oncology Massage. She is also qualified in medical acupuncture and is a member of both the Complementary Health Professionals Association and a gold member of the Sports Massage Association.
