Terry Hewitt has been a keen collector of cacti and other succulent plants for the last 40 years; for over 25 of those years he has been growing them commercially at Hollygate Cactus Nursery in Sussex. Lecturer and writer, Terry has contributed to many articles and books, including The Royal Horticultural Society Gardeners' Encyclopedia of Plants and Flowers and The Complete Book of Cacti and Succulents.
