Richard Hawley, Ph.D., was for 37 years a teacher, counselor, coach, and then headmaster of University School, a college preparatory school in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the founding president of the International Boys’ Schools Coalition and has lectured widely on youth and school-related issues in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and Australia.
