She highlights soft outdoor adventures, explores local cuisine, and dives into the history and cultural aspects of locations around the globe. Barrett’s travels have taken her to far-away places like Antarctica, Cambodia, and the Yukon, along with food-focused explorations of Italy, France, and Vietnam. Semi-retired, she is often floating to major waterway hubs on ocean and river cruise adventures, road-tripping with her husband Chris, and enjoying location-intensive getaways.
