What They're Saying
Critics Review
“This picture book blends homespun music and science … Aim this at toddlers, underserved in science topics” – School Library Journal “A fantastic, interesting and fun way to teach your children. I learnt a thing or two too!” – Bonita Turner, editor of Junior Magazine “Beautiful use of colour — very dynamic and compelling. I particularly love the learning moments embedded throughout the book with repetition as well as the glossary at the back. An innovative way to learn science!” – Jennifer Cattaui, founder of Babesta
About The Author
Susan Reed
Susan Reed is a violinist, vocalist, storyteller, recording artist, author, and educator from the Boston area. She is equally adept in collaboration, adding her lyrical line to the musical mix of the moment. Common to her performances is her trademark warmth and wit, and her conviction that music has the power to broaden people’s understanding of the world around them.
Mariona Cabassa is a native of Catalonia, Spain, who has illustrated nearly 100 children’s books. She studied at art school in Barcelona, followed by further research in Strasbourg, France.
