This brilliant book solves this challenge, helping people evolve into the leaders they can be. A must-read! – Stephen “Shed” Shedletzky, Author of “Speak-Up Culture: When Leaders Truly Listen, People Step Up.”A practical and accessible book that effectively blends theory with practice.
