Paolo Brambilla is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Milan and Director of the Psychiatric Clinic at Fondazione IRCCS Ca' Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico in Milan in Italy. Jair C. Soares is Professor and Chairman of the Louis A. Faillace, M.D. Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and Pat R.
