About The Author
Steve Parker
After leaving corporate life, Steve Parker opened an award-winning cheese shop, delicatessen and wine bar in South West London. He has judged national and international food and drink competitions, including the World Cheese Awards, the British Cheese Awards and the Independent Wine Merchant Awards, and has featured in industry publications. He now organises corporate and private food and drink tasting events and is a professional speaker on his favourite subjects of cheese and wine. This is his first book.
