About The Author
Steve Moss
Dr. Steve Moss has dedicated 30 years to disability research, beginning with a focus on children with visual impairment and children’s motor development. He later specialized in intellectual disability and mental health assessment. His work on the development of the PASADD system, now known as MPAS (Moss Psychiatric Assessment), is widely recognized, and these assessments are used in numerous countries globally. Dr. Moss has authored over 80 articles, chapters, books, and assessments and has trained thousands in the use of the MPAS (PAS-ADD) system. He spent 20 years at the Hester Adrian Research Centre, Manchester University, and subsequently at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, where he maintains an honorary position.
