He was co-author of A Field Guide to the Reptiles of East Africa and Dangerous Snakes of Africa and author of Kenya: A Natural History. Tomáš Mazuch is a Czech herpetologist and author of Amphibians and Reptiles of Somaliland and Eastern Ethiopia.
