Critic Reviews

“Useful for at-home reading but primarily designed for the classroom or library, this series will find a helpful and much-used place on the history education shelf.”

Because the story of Kristallnacht is so concise, this volume expands its reach. It includes detailed information about the entire era, from World War I to World War II.-- "Association of Jewish Libraries Reviews"
Mixing personal anecdotes with primary sources and a nonfiction narrative style, the authors present each event clearly, and colorful inserts on most pages provide additional information. . . .Despite being a slight 112 pages, each book packs an impressive amount of detailed information, as well as an emotional punch. There are many photographs, maps, and newspaper clippings inserted throughout the book. . . .The series is valuable for both junior high and young senior high school research or for any reader interested in World War II. This series is a highly recommended purchase.-- "VOYA"
-- "Jewish Book Council"
