About The Author
Simon Rickerty
Simon Rickerty studied illustration at the Royal College of Art in London, where he won two awards and graduated with a Masters in Communication Art and Design. He won his first award at the tender age of four (the Bedfordshire under-fives Children’s Book Drawing Competition!). He was shortlisted for the 2012 Waterstones Children’s Books Prize for I Don’t Want to be a Pea, published by OUP. Simon lives in Somerset.
