“If you’re looking for a new craft to try, this collection of 10 stylish cross stitch projects is designed with absolute beginners in mind, and will teach you all the basic techniques you need to create stunning and colourful designs. With little in the way of equipment needed to get started, cross stitch is a great extra technique to combine with your knitting. As well as beautiful gifts that would be perfect for new arrivals, such as the Jungle Trio of pictures and the Rainbow Heart, the book includes designs that would make great Christmas presents or decorations, such as the Snowy Buttons and the Stag’s Head wall hanging. Beyond that the Bee Jewellery is really striking, the Phone Purse adorned with a Mexican-style skull is right on-trend and the cross-stitched Greetings Cards add a lovely personal touch to your note.”
