Shivani Inder has a Ph.D. in finance and is a certified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with an M.B.A. (finance) and M.F.C. She is currently an Associate Professor at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India. Her areas of expertise include corporate finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship. She has over ten years of teaching experience and is associated with professional bodies and journal reviews.
Shuchi Dawra is a Professor at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India, with a Doctorate in human resource management and organizational behavior from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. She has 16 years of experience in industry and academia, specializing in HRM practices, work-life balance (WLB), TQM, CSR, and HR analytics. She holds an M Com, MBA(HR), UGC(NET) and is HR analytics certified from IIM, Rohtak. Her areas of expertise include Global Practices in HRM, Organizational Behaviour & Research. She has supervised doctoral research on TQM in Higher Education in Engineering and Work Life Balance and is currently mentoring Ph.D. Research Scholars in the Research domains of Self efficacy and Internships, CSR & leadership; and Work life Balance. Her research has been published in international and national journals, and she is a reviewer and session chair at conferences.
Dr. Kyla L. Tennin is an industry practitioner and DM in Management and Organizational Leadership, focusing on Change Management and mixed methods empirical research for continuous improvement, business transformation, and recovery during and after internal/external crises. She holds leadership roles at investment forums, working with global leaders to strategize and make business decisions to improve economic development, promote social justice, and create jobs. She is affiliated with the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank Group, and the Parliamentary Network. Dr. Tennin has a background in biology, biotechnology, and organic and biochemistry, with an emphasis in women and gender studies, project management and lean six sigma certifications, an MBA, and is a Ph.D. Fellow at the Global Peace Institute. She has written approximately 18 books, 3 book chapters, 3 patents, and nearly 85 research reports. Dr. Tennin has presented research at practitioner and academic conferences. She has experience in the financial services and investments, hospitality, restaurant, consumer products/beauty, and healthcare industries. With 23 years of experience in higher education and 17 years owning her own global conglomerate corporation, operating in 31 countries, with 24 locations, on 6 continents, and 2 world headquarters. She was awarded over 30 corporate awards, mentored entrepreneurs for 22 years, and currently owns a business academy, women’s entrepreneurship academy, and women’s entrepreneurship bootcamp program. Her areas of expertise and research interests are strategy, entrepreneurship, cosmeceuticals, economic development, emerging markets, multinationals, corporate governance, well-being/burnout, and women’s empowerment.
Sandhir Sharma has a Ph.D. in Strategic Management with nearly 22 years of experience in higher education and 5 years in the Telecom industry. He has over 53 research papers published in various journals and conferences. Currently, he is serving as Dean, Chitkara Business School & visiting faculty to Binus University, Indonesia, Kedge Business School, France and University of Applied Sciences, Osnabruck, Germany. He is an active member of various management associations and University bodies, serving as a consultant to SME organizations in strategy formulation. He has guided 8 Ph.D. Scholars and has filed 14 patents in the fields of Health sciences, life sciences, social sciences, technology, and industrial products.
