Sherri L. Smith
Sherri L. Smith is the author of multiple award-winning fiction and nonfiction books for young people and comics and graphic novels for all ages. Her books appear on multiple state reading lists and have been named Amelia Bloomer, Junior Library Guild, Children’s Book Council, and American Library Association Best Books for Young People and have won the California Book Awards Gold Medal and the SCBWI Golden Kite Award. She is a lover of dogs, airborne or otherwise, and the proud roommate of a cat who absolutely refuses to fly.
Nidhi Chanani is an award-winning author and illustrator. Her graphic novels include Pashmina, Jukebox, the Shark Princess series, and the Super Boba Cafe series. She also creates picture books.
