Shell is a registered nurse and mother of three children with a background in both professional sport and journalism. With a passion for health education and promotion, Shell has written 'What Does All My Food Do?' to playfully introduce the concept that the foods we eat, help our bodies to function. Having experienced the challenges of encouraging her own children to eat a variety of nourishing foods, Shell found that focusing on how foods helped their little bodies was a positive and successful approach. This concept has been creatively developed in the educational and engaging, 'What Does All My Food Do?' Claudia Fasser is an Italian illustrator based in the Netherlands. She works with both digital and traditional media, such as watercolour, ink and coloured pencils.
