About The Author

Sharmila Collins

Sharmila Collins is founder and a trustee of Cure EB, a British-based charity dedicated to research into the often agonising condition of epidermolysis bullosa, sometimes referred to as “the worst disease you never heard of.” Her daughter Sohana is a sufferer, one of around 500,000 people worldwide. Sharmila lives in north London.

Carolina Rabei comes from Moldova and gained a distinction in illustration at the Cambridge School of Art. Her style is a unique mix of traditional and digital techniques. She is also the illustrator of the forthcoming Tickle Beetle collection of play-rhymes for Otter-Barry Books. Carolina lives in Cambridge.
