About The Author
Sean Taylor
Sean Taylor has written more than 60 books for young readers. These include picture books such as Hoot Owl Master of Disguise, How to be Cooler than Cool, and I Want to Be in a Scary Story, all illustrated by Jean Jullien, A Brave Bear, illustrated by Emily Hughes and Natterjack Toad Can’t Believe It, illustrated by Kathryn Durst. His title You’re a Poet, illustrated by Sam Usher, helps make the first steps into writing poetry possible, even for the smallest of children.
Anuska Allepuz is the author-illustrator of That Fruit Is Mine, The Walloos’ Big Adventure and Little Green Donkey, which has been published into over fifteen languages worldwide, and illustrated The Dream Train: Poems for Bedtime by Sean Taylor. Anuska studied at the Cambridge School of Art and has been nominated for the Kate Greenaway Medal, awarded the Cultura Jeunesse Prize and the Prix des Incorruptibles (chosen by children), exhibited at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, and shortlisted for the AOI awards and BookTrust storytime prize. She lives in Cambridge with her husband and two children.
