About The Author
Sara Scales
Sara Scales began crafting at an early age in many different mediums. Over the years, this developed into a fascination with anything small-scale and she began to explore the exciting world of miniatures - specializing in cross stitch, felting, beading and teddy-bear making. Having taught herself how to crochet and then developing an interest in the Japanese art of Amigurumi, it was a natural progression for Sara to begin scaling them down. She is a regular contributor to The Dolls’ House Magazine and sells her work through shops and fairs. She teaches crochet to classes of all abilities. Sara lives with her family in a small village in South Yorkshire, England.
