About the Author
Sam had always wanted to be a writer, but didn't take the big step until his early 30s, when he took the plunge and started to turn his numerous ideas into words on paper. Now he finds it hard to tear himself away from his writing room, where he can usually be found with a coffee, his cat, Trigger, and lots of ideas. Sam lives in the UK's Northumberland countryside, which never ceases to inspire him. Vicky's first love, as a child, was always the magical world of drawing. As a grown-up, she side-stepped this to do a Master's degree in Linguistics, then three years of illustration at the Ghent Academy of Arts. Now, after shaking off what she calls the monster of 'Routine' that was hiding in the business world, she has returned to what she loves most, showing the magic she saw as a child to others.
