Ryan Elizabeth Penske
Ryan Elizabeth Penske’s upbringing, a blend of Midwest and Southern California influences, instilled in her a love for snowy Halloweens in Michigan and the perpetual California sun. Most importantly, her passion for reading ignited in her early teens.
Having authored her debut YA novel, The Dreamers, Ryan is now pursuing her MA in English Literature from Chapman University, where she previously earned her BA in English Literature, Rhetoric, and Cultural Studies.
When not writing or immersed in her academic studies, Ryan spends her days with her beloved Australian Shepherd, Indy. Together, they enjoy hiking, visiting bookstores, traveling, spending considerable time on “BookTok,” and, naturally, dreaming.
