About the Author

Rudolf Avenhaus is Professor of Statistics and Operations Research at the German Armed Forces University, Munich. Victor A. Kremenyuk is Deputy Director of the Institute for U.S.A. and Canada Studies at the Russian Academy of Sciences. Gunnar Sjöstedt is Associate Professor of Political Science at Stockholm University and a senior research fellow at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs.
