What They're Saying
Critics Review
‘One of the best new plays in years. Ruby Thomas’s ambitious, drop-dead gorgeous piece roars onto Hampstead Theatre’s main stage with a rare swagger and brio, full of scintillating wit, swashbuckling action and ultimately a hugely satisfying emotional wallop… . It’s a great piece of storytelling: profoundly moving and wildly funny, delicate yet tough. A tri-umph.’ - What’s On Stage
‘There’s something so lovable about this play and its quest to find a golden thread of joy in a dark, tattered old story.’ - Time Out
