About The Author
Ross Montgomery
Ross Montgomery is the award-winning children’s author of bestselling middle grade fiction and picture books, including the Costa Children’s Book Award shortlisted The Midnight Guardians, The Chime Seekers, and Ten Delicious Teachers. He previously worked as a primary school teacher and now tours the country for school events and festivals.
Marisa Morea is an illustrator based in Madrid, Spain. She lived in Barcelona for a couple of years and she graduated in a MA Illustration at Eina School in 2009. After a few years working as an Art Director in several advertising agencies, she decided to quit and try as a full-time illustrator. So far, she’s worked with many international clients in editorial, publishing and advertising, and since 2017 has focused on illustrating children’s books.
