About The Author

Rosa Campbell

Rosa Campbell is a historian of global feminism based in London. Originally from Sydney, she is a Leverhulme postdoctoral fellow at King’s College London and holds a PhD in history from the University of Cambridge.

Campbell’s research has been published in leading academic journals, but she also frequently writes for a public audience and collaborates with museums and galleries. Her work has appeared in publications such as Literary Hub, The White Review, The Independent, Public Books, and Meanjin.

For her contributions to advancing a more gender-just future, she received an Edna Ryan award from the Australian Women’s Electoral Lobby, recognizing her feminist impact on the lives of Australian women.
