Rod Slater is an artist, architect, sailor, actor and now author. Curiosity and an appetite for adventure have led Rod to a variety of professions throughout his life. Combining professional and travel experiences have enabled him to see the world with more depth and clarity which has resulted in the ability to relate and communicate with almost everyone.Imagination, humour and a thirst for adventure are the key elements that allow Rod to maintain a sense of balance in life. He acknowledges it is by the good grace of God that he can continue traveling and learning about this wonderful creation we call earth and the people who populate it.Born in Miles City, Montana, USA and now a citizen of New Zealand, residing in Auckland for more than thirty years. Rod considers himself a proper kiwi – in all but accent.This is his first book.
