Originally from Harrogate England, Robert Plant moved to Northern Ireland in 2010. He became a Christian aged sixteen through the witness of a friend at school. In 1993 He left his job as a Safety manager in a large construction firm to serve the Lord full time as a Christian Evangelist. Robert has written several articles for Christian periodicals and other publications as well as many Gospel leaflets. . He has further authored Escape from the Island of Occupation and its follow up Return to the Island of Occupation as well as Spectacular Shetland the first book in the Discover Britain series all published by John Ritchie Ltd. Robert travels extensively throughout the British Isles and conducts many series of Children’s Meetings each year as well as scores of School assemblies. Robert lives with his wife Karen and daughter Grace on the North Antrim Coast.
