Robert Osgood was the Christian A. Herter Professor of American Foreign Policy at Johns Hopkins. He served as the Director at the Washington Center of Foreign Policy Research at Johns Hopkins University from 1965 to 1973. From 1973 to 1979 he was the Dean of the School of Advanced International Studies.
