Rob Kemp

Joe Warner is an award-winning journalist, best-selling author and one the UK’s most high-profile health and fitness writers. He is the former editorial director of Men’s Fitness magazine. His books include co-authoring “12 Week Body Plan”, on how he became the first staff member to grace the cover of Men’s Fitness. He has worked in the media for more than 20 years, and is a regular guest expert on TV, radio and podcasts.

Rob Kemp is a freelance journalist and author of seven non-fiction books, including the best-selling “The Expectant Dad’s Survival Guide”; “The New Dad’s Survival Guide”; and “*The Good Guys: 50 Heroes Who Changed the World with Kindness.” He’s written extensively about men’s health, parenting and sport for more than 30 years.
