Critics Review
“What Michael LaFosse can do with a single sheet of paper is magic.” —Christian Science Monitor“This kit comes with 98 sheets of square paper and an instruction book for 21 projects. The instructions are easy to follow. Many of the animals are similar to traditional origami animals. This kit has everything you need to make some cute animals that can be used on cards or crafts or just as animals to play.” —Crafty Moms Share blog“There’s a variety of projects in this book that range from super-easy, to ones that require more concentration and skill, which makes it a good choice for children of multiple ages and abilities.” —Castle View Academy blog
About The Author
Rita Foelker
Michael G. LaFosse has been an origami artist for decades and is considered a leading authority and master of the art. An avid teacher, LaFosse co-founded the Origamido Studio, a learning center and design studio dedicated to the art of origami, and the only place in the world specializing in hand papermaking for the origami artist. LaFosse co-curated Origami Now!, a wildly popular, year-long exhibition at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts. He was also prominently featured in the Peabody Award-winning film, Between the Folds, by Vanessa Gould.
