Richard Lister is known worldwide for his expertise in runes, spiritual well-being, and deep healing practices. He also practices what he preaches through deep immersions in nature and ancient rituals. He is a speaker, healer, guide, teacher, and mentor who works with people to heal and connect to their own personal power, potential, medicine, and magic. He is the author of several books on runes, including Radical Rest and Runes Made Easy.

About the illustrator: Hailing from one of the Viking heritage countries, Sweden, Selena Moon grew up learning about the history and myths of the Vikings and Norse gods and goddesses. Though living in the capital city, she spent many summers and holidays in the countryside, immersing herself in Scandinavian nature, heritage and culture, and this is something she draws inspiration from in her art today. Selena now has an established and successful career as a graphic designer, illustrator and digital artist in both Sweden and Australia.
