About The Author
Raquel Lagartos
Johanna van Veen grew up in the Netherlands and is the author of adult horror novels My Darling Dreadful Thing and Blood on Her Tongue as well as the middle grade trilogy The Triplets Grim. She earned both an MA in English literature and an MA book and digital media from Leiden University. When not writing, she enjoys spending time with her wife, her sisters, and her dog, though not necessarily all at the same time.
Raquel Lagartos is an illustrator and comic artist from Spain. She enjoys painting with watercolor and traditional media and loves working with dark atmospheres and themes like family and slice of life. Raquel is the illustrator of The Triplets Grim middle grade series.
