Randi Minetor is the author of more than ninety books, with a focus on birds, nature, travel, and America’s National Parks. Her books about birds include backyard birding, bird-friendly gardening, local and regional birding field guides, quick-reference guides to the birds, trees, and wildflowers of the mid-Atlantic states; and the natural history and evolution of birds. She writes for Birding and North American Birds magazines, and has been published in Bird Watcher’s Digest.
