Randi-Lee is an outspoken advocate for mental health, a YouTube host of the Write or Die Show, and a public speaker. She is the mother of two grown children, a grandmother, and a wife. Randi-Lee has dealt with depression for more than half her life and was diagnosed late in life with Autism and CPTSD. She is passionate about equipping others with the tools they need to persevere.

Randi-Lee graduated from Niagara College for Community and Justice Services and completed a placement at a Drug and Alcohol Recovery House. She dedicated six years to working in social services before transitioning to authorship and focusing on advocacy.

An accomplished athlete, Randi-Lee represented Team Canada twice in kickboxing, earning a silver medal in 2016. After a period of recovery from cancer, she returned to her athletic pursuits as a kickboxing coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor, until chronic pain presented challenges. Despite these obstacles, she continues to fight to regain her life.

Randi-Lee’s personal motto is never to let “too tired keep her down,” and she strives to assure others that they are not alone in their struggles.
