"She is the program director of the Health Services Administration program in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She also coordinates the newest program offering to the department of Health Sciences- the Population Health Certificate program. Rachel teaches a broad range of healthcare courses in both curricula's including, Strategic Management in Health Care, Health Care Finance, Economics in Health Care and Essentials of Population Health.
