About The Author
R. Gregory Browning
R. Gregory Browning, an Ohio University alumnus, has long-standing ties to both the university and Ohio state government. Appointed by Governor George V. Voinovich, he served as director of the Ohio Office of Budget and Management from 1991 to 1998. He has held numerous gubernatorial appointments, including chair of the Ohio University Board of Trustees. Browning has also served as executive-in-residence at the Voinovich School and currently chairs its advisory board.
