What They're Saying

Critics Review

Essential reading for your mental and physical health - I am beyond happy that this book finally exists. Anything Pixie Turner touches will make you feel better, and reading this book is like seeing a new therapist. There isn’t a human being on this Earth who doesn’t need to read this book. The only thing that could make this book better is if I had been able to read it when I was a lot younger – Sofie Hagen, author of HAPPY FAT and host of WHO HURT YOU
