An Associate Professor at Alphacrucis University College and co-host of the Game Changers podcast, Phil teaches sustainable leadership at Oxford University's Smith School. His work focusses on helping people connect their purpose to practice, advocating for education that develops character, competency, and wellness. He has authored Game Changers: Leading Today's Learning For Tomorrow's World and numerous education articles. Phil is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Australian Council for Educational Leaders, and an Honorary Senior Fellow of the University of Melbourne.
