About The Author

Peter T. Muchlinski

Peter Muchlinski is the Drapers’ Professor of Law in the Law Department, Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, where he specializes in international and European business law. From 1983 to 1998 he was a lecturer and senior lecturer in the LSE Law Department. From 1981 to 1983 he was a lecturer in law at the University of Kent. He is a door tenant at the Brick Court Chambers, London, and a consultant on foreign investment issues to UNCTAD.
