Peter H. Riddle is a professor of music at Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. A former band director, he has taught music theory, history, conducting, and instrumentalism. He has published numerous nonfiction and fiction books, as well as many articles. He holds a PhD from Southern Illinois University.
