I am thrilled with this purchase and only wish I had the maturity to learn these scales when I was younger. My playing - especially lead solos - would have been so much more fluent and enjoyable. But no point regretting so now I am really enjoying every page. It is very well written - a pleasure to read. The formatting and layout/design are excellent. The book does not waste time and space on unnecessary waffle. I am so impressed with it that I purchased a second copy for a young boy who has excellent potential and together we are going to work through every page one by one as a foundation curriculum for our knowledge of the fretboard. I have no doubt this will improve our skills. The book is a great size and is also at a very good price point. If you want to learn the fretboard and understand the relationship between chords and scales and modems, don’t look elsewhere. This is your book! ?
