This is an abridged version of the original early stage go-to-market handbook, Founding Sales. Since publication, Founding Sales has sold tens of thousands of copies. That said, the original weighs in at 400 plus pages - which is quite exhaustive! This version still shares Pete Kazanjy's journey and learnings for founders becoming salespeople, but in a much more condensed, summarized, version of the original. It's still specifically for B2B direct sales models, particularly in B2B SaaS startups bringing new offerings to market.

Pete Kazanjy is a serial founder and seasoned early stage SaaS executive, advisor, and investor. He co-founded TalentBin, a category-defining talent search engine and recruiting CRM, which exited to Monster Worldwide in early 2014. Pete is currently the co-founder of Atrium, a proactive sales performance analysis solution. In addition, he founded, Modern Sales Pros, the world's largest sales operations and management peer-education community, featuring tens of thousands of members. Pete is also an active angel investor, focusing primarily on B2B SaaS and marketplaces. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
