Penny Parks (born 1943) is an American, with British citizenship, who has lived in the UK since 1982. She is a psychotherapist, who after overcoming her own childhood abuse experiences, pioneered and developed the first 'inner child' therapy model in the United Kingdom - designed to successfully resolve childhood abuse issues.
